I was born and raised in northern Colorado. Graduated from The University of Northern Colorado with a degree in education. Kahy and I met roller skating in my last year of school/1982. We have been married for forty-two years.

I took a job in north central South Dakota teaching health and physical education. After a year, I moved back to Kathy’s hometown, Elkhart. I taught at Goshen High School and coached men’s varsity swimming for three years. We raised our three children, Paul, Kelsey, and Jeremy. All of whom graduated from Concord High School. After twenty years in the cabinet industry, we felt called into the ministry.

For the past eighteen years, I have served within the UMC until this past July. I love my job, riding my bike, and reading. I am also a big football fan. I root for the Irish, the Denver Broncos, and the Colts, if they’re not playing the Broncos, and anyone who plays the Bears. I also follow professional hockey; go Avalanche!

Best of all, I have been a disciple of Jesus for 53 years. I will never deny my savior and follow Him even unto death.
